COURT PAPERS RETURNED TO ME BY HBM
SAYERS, GLASGOW YOU SHOULD NOTICE,
1. THE DEFENDER (RAC AUTO WINDSCREENS)
2. THE PURSUER (ME)
3. THE DEFENDERS RESPONSE "THEY WISHED TO DISPUTE THE AMOUNT DUE ONLY" WHICH AS
FAR AS I AM CONCERNED MEANS RAC AUTO WINDSCREENS LIED TO
ME AND BELL INSURANCE WHEN THEY SAID THERE INVESTIGATIONS WERE CONCLUSIVE.
I DON'T THINK THEIR INVESTIGATIONS WERE CONCLUSIVE BUT I DO THINK RAC AUTO WINDSCREENS LIED TO ME AND BELL INSURANCE.
Letter from Bell Insurance telling me they agreed with RAC AUTO WINDSCREENS and the investigation's that RAC AUTO WINDSCREENS ASSURED THEM HAD BEEN CARRIED OUT.
NO IT APPEARS THAT I MIGHT
BE RIGHT AFTER ALL!!!!!
AND AFTER I HAD PROVED MY CASE THEY LOOKED ON THINGS A BIT
DIFFERENTLY ...........
Letter from Bell Insurance saying how sorry they were that
they had let me down, and enclosing payment for the time and effort I had to put
in to the court case etc, although it was not enough to replace my ruined car at
least they had the guts to write to me and say SORRY INSTEAD OF HIDING AWAY FROM
EVERYTHING in the hope it would all go away...
I THINK THE LETTERS ABOVE SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES AND OFFER EVEN MORE PROOF THAT RAC AUTO WINDSCREENS LIED TO ME AND BELL INSURANCE.
Keep going there is still plenty to go.
