I LEFT MY NOW PARTIALLY REPAIRED/DAMAGED VAUXHALL OMEGA WITH RAC AUTO WINDSCREENS AGAIN TO SEE IF THEY COULD SORT OUT THE MESS THEY LEFT THE FIRST TIME......
THANKS VERY MUCH RAC AUTO WINDSCREENS EVEN THOUGH YOU HAVE NOW HAD TWO CHANCES TO REPAIR MY WINDSCREEN YOU HAVE STILL MANAGED ONLY AN AMATEUR REPAIR.
I THINK I COULD DO BETTER WITH A HAMMER.
AFTER THIS I DECIDED TO CALL OUT THE PROFESSIONALS

A WELL KNOWN PROFESSIONAL GLASS COMPANY FINALLY SORTED ME OUT WITH A NEW SCREEN AND TRIMS, ALL FITTED CORRECTLY FIRST TIME WITH TOTALLY EXCELLENT CUSTOMER FOCUSED STAFF WHO REALLY LOOKED AFTER ME AND MY CAR....
WHY COULD RAC AUTO WINDSCREENS NOT HAVE DONE THIS INSTEAD OF SHYING AWAY FROM THERE RESPONSIBILITIES? IS IT BECAUSE THEY LACK THE TRAINING OR IS IT BECAUSE THEY JUST LACK THE ABILITY.
EVEN ALTHOUGH RAC AUTO WINDSCREENS "CUSTOMER SERVICES" HAD ALL
THE DETAILS AND 17 PICTURES, THAT DIDN'T SEEM TO BE PROOF ENOUGH THAT THEIR
STAFF DID A VERY POOR AND UNPROFESSIONAL JOB. TWICE !!
THIS IS WHAT THEY HAD TO SAY
THE FUNNY THING IS THAT IF RAC AUTO WINDSCREENS AIM TO DELIVER "INSPIRATIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICES" THEN WHY ON EARTH DOES THIS WEBSITE EXIST?
AND NO I DON'T THINK I WILL BE CALLING ON RAC AUTO WINDSCREENS AGAIN, BECAUSE THERE "RENOWNED HIGH QUALITY SERVICE" IS NOW LEGENDARY
